The presumption by which I think that anxiety seems to be the pandemic of the XXI century is because anxiety is evolving to be a problem that seems to overflow around the world, which is why it requires a management system to help minimize the risks of such spread.

The accelerated pace of life that contemporary man leads has made time become shorter, although we know that time does not change, but what does change are our responsibilities and we have more and more work, as our activities are greater we have a feeling that time is less, the fact that we have little time left for our most common activities generates anxiety in our lives, we see it more and more in more and more people.

Anxiety is going to be greater and greater, it is going to spread, since our activities are increasing, and even if robotics and artificial intelligence can do the work for us, then there will be new challenges that will generate anxiety.

The solution for the future may be of an individual nature, each human being will have to generate enough awareness to be able to assume a life without anxiety, without stress, without problems, in which logically we take care of our responsibilities but always in moderation, knowing that it is our emotional health that has priority.
