#Bangladesh Hello dear readers how are you all? Hope you all are very well. I am also very well with the mercy of Allah Ta'ala through your prayers. Every day I appear among you with new topics, in continuation of which today I have appeared with a topic of banking activities. Where you can see how I go to Dutch Bangla Bank and what I do when I go there, I will now show you the things. Hope you all stay with me.
I basically went there today to do an important job of my banking. I reached the bank right around ten o'clock because the bank is open from ten o'clock in the morning to four o'clock in the afternoon. I went there first and found that as soon as I entered the bank they gave me a slip and asked me what I had come for. Then I was requested to go to the third floor with the slip and take the service. I also went to the third floor without delay because it is morning and the pressure of people will gradually increase due to which I will try to finish my work in a very short time and leave here.
On the way to enter the third floor I saw a beautiful logo of Dutch Bangla Bank and what a beautiful design it was pasted on the wall which impressed me. I also took a picture with my mobile phone camera. Then I went to the second floor and found that it had already gone out. Due to which I had to sit at the waiting point and wait for my serial to arrive. Here serial maintenance is done very well, in view of which the bank authorities provide very good quality service and the customers feel very comfortable.
When my serial came I went and they served me very well. Originally I went to the bank to get a check book because I have an account but no check book yet. As I have not yet taken any check book due to which they requested me to take the check book first from the place where I created the account and later they informed me that I can take the check book from anywhere in Bangladesh. Besides, I want to know about one more thing that is master card and he informed me about it and after I got to know them, I completed almost all the activities of the bank and then I will leave the bank. As I was going down the stairs I saw a billboard of their beautiful service i.e. call center. Because there were a few digits on this billboard, anyone can call on these digits and get the help they need.
I would like to tell you that when I am in Dutch Bangla Bank before I called their helpline center and then came as you can now see the digits to call their helpline. Having a helpline is very beneficial for us because we can know all our needs and after knowing we can take banking services very easily which is very convenient for us as customers. So dear readers this is basically how I came to do my today's activity and it has been completed very nicely. Wishing you all good health and long life, I leave here today.
