Weekly Report As Steem Representative - [ 23 May - 29 May]

Hello Good People,

It is my honor to publish my weekly report as Steem Representative. I try to fulfill my duties with honesty and integrity. In this post I will report my activities for the last 7 days.

My Activity In this Week:

• Reviewed community posts and provided necessary guidelines regarding posts.
• Checked that information Newcomers provide in achievement publications matches their social media accounts and chatted with them to verify authenticity.
• I have curated community-eligible posts with @steem4bangladeh community account and posted daily curation reports.
• Working regularly to grow our native community Steem For Bangladesh. Guiding new users in the community and trying to make them understand the rules of this ecosystem.
• The whole week worked as a Greeter, verified some new members, and guided them.
• Being selected as the Curator for May, I was a curator of @ steemcurator09 on selected days on behalf of Team Newcomer. At the same time, I am constantly submitting my personal blogs.

Here, I will be summarizing my activities as a Greeter in the newcomers' community for the time period 23-05-23 to 29-05-23. Below is the list of those whom I have verified:

Statistics of past engagement challenges show that the number of engagement challenge participants from Bangladesh is negligible. So in this online meeting, users will be encouraged to participate in the challenge and the rules will be explained.

ahead of engagement Challenge Season 10, I have created guidelines so that users can be aware of the rules and regulations before participating in the challenge and avoid all kinds of bad practices.

I announce a Bangla Bulletin magazine, where we will see the publications of writers with extraordinary creativity. This magazine will have creatively written stories about travel, art, craft, culture, heritage, news, etc

I reached the 6th dolphin milestone so I made this club dolphin post. I am forever grateful to the steem team.

Through this post, I try to present all the activities in detail of the last week in the Steem For Bangladesh community, my curation report, the curation report of the community account @ steem4bangladesh, and all the ongoing activities are included in the report.

	Weekly Reports (May 22, 2023 to May 28, 2023) as an Admin & Community Curator of Steem For Bangladesh

Trying to provide booming support to all qualified community users and helping to grow the profile of new users through the proper use of booming support. We both admins check community users' posts daily and give suggestions for booming support for eligible and quality posts.

	Steem For Bangladesh Weekly Report - Booming Support Week - #34 [May 19 to May 25, 2023]

In the last 7 days from 23 May to 29 May, I power up a total of 37.460 STEEM. Basically, I set my rewards to pay out 100% Steem. So my payout is directly credited to Steem Power. From the beginning, I was more interested in power-up. When there was no club project, I have been doing power-up. Because I believe that I did not come to work on steemit Platform for one or two days, I want to work here for a long time. So I power up my whole earnings.

Throughout this week, I have curated 199 posts. I have curated a total of 135 authors' posts. I always try to curate the active posts of more users along with the Achievement Task, Community Post, and Contest so that they are more interested in posting and identify users as real or not. According to my voting power, I tried to curate as many posts as I could while maintaining my CSI.
