First I sift rice flour and white wheat flour on a tray.
Then I took water in a pot and a spoonful of salt along with the water.
After mixing salt and water, I will add Kusur molasses in the water.
Then when the jaggery is mixed with the water, I will slowly add the flour and continue kneading.
The horse flour mixture should be made in such a way that it is not too thin and not too thick.
Now my mixture is ready. I will keep the flour mixture for a while.
Now I will heat it well with oil like oil in a pan.
When the oil is hot, add a spoonful of the Jhata mixture inside the oil. Then continue to fry.
Fry the oven on medium heat so that the pita does not burn.
When the pita becomes brown in color and swells, I will remove the pita. I will drain the oil with a strainer before draining.
