Goal setting outlines the important duties to carry out at any given time. It helps in managing time, energy, and resources.
Goal setting helps boost self-confidence and a sense of accomplishment.
Goal setting also helps to eliminate procrastination.
Goal setting is simply the objectives applied in achieving success.
