MY OPINION ON DINK'S FAMILY

Like stated, the world is amazing and fun to explore when you are young, reality sets in with a feeling of loneliness when you are old and without children to feel in that vacuum of loneliness.

Even the bible states in Psalm 127 : 3 -5
I quote;
“ Children are the heritage of the Lord
Children are reward from the Lord,
Children are like a young man's arrow
Children are the source of joy and happiness”.

Actually,
They (children) are reward from God to man
Young they maybe now but great tomorrow
So why not come, and join the blessed to make friends with God's heritage”.

DINK FAMILIES

I don't think that any one would want to accept a dink family whereby personal interest, financial security and saving, career development, luxury, socializing and entertainment will be prioritized to children.

Focusing more on you and your partner won't last till old age when you need those calls from your children to constantly check up on you.

THE DINK FAMILY STORY

Aerial and Kelvin have been best friends and later got married. Research shows scientifically facial similarity predicts longevity. Study also shows that couples who resemble each other report higher relationship satisfaction. This was the case of Aerial and Kelvin's.

Both got married and for twenty years they had no child but maintained the relationship Satisfaction as if they were married yesterday. Aerial felt no impact of needing a child since she had a doting husband and Kelvin did not to pressurize her into having one. One thing they didn't know is nothing lasts forever. Aerial focused on luxury, socializing and entertainment. Kelvin focused more on financial stability for both of them. It never occurred to him he needed a child.

It's already her 52nd birthday when a massive party was thrown to celebrate her, Kelvin on his way back, died in a ghastly accident. It dawn on her that no amount of tears could bring him back, reality set in when she got to 60 and yet with no one to keep her away from her loneliness. She had always been an asthmatic patient but it was easier when Kelvin was around.

The last thing we could picture was her scream. Her door was broken down by her neighbors to help rescue her but she had gave up the ghost while trying to rush upstairs to get her inhaler. Justice would have been down if she had a child who would endeavor to take her over to his/ her house to keep her on constant check when noticed she is not in a good state. “Based on true events”.

REASONS WHY I WOULD CHOOSE TO HAVE A FAMILY OVER A DINK FAMILY

• For emotional and social reasons:

Children, bring love, peace, joy, there are a source of companionship, they continue the family lineage and heritage. Families are met and interacted with to firm communities example; your child who has a best friend in school might make you bond with the child's parents. Raising kids, gives parenthood a sense of purpose and meaning.

A dink family won't relate😟😟
Tooo sad.

• Biological and psychological reasons:

Biologically, it is stated that homornes release oxytocin ( love hormones) and dopamine ( happiness hormones). Therefore, having a child will give you the ability to love and treat people as if they were yours.

Raising children helps in self improvement, for mother's, it increases your features and add weight. For father's, they learn to take more responsibility.

Biological procreation is natural and is necessary remember even God accepts it He said now therefore, go to the world, be fruitful and multiple and make man in our own image.

• Socio-economic reasons;
Continuity of family business can be carried out by children even after the parents are no longer alive.

Support during old age is assured because now, in old age you become their responsibility just like they were yours from childbirth.

Cultural heritage are preserved by this children and passed down from generation to generations.

Cultural diversities are brought from children of different ethnic background to enrich the society.

A dink family does not enjoy the above listed, because they are mainly focused on their career development, luxury, etc and feel the pains only during old age when reality dawn's in them, when there is no one to dote on or call you grandma and grandpa.

I love my family very so much so much 😂😂🥲 and would love to have one not a dink family.
