Paterson is a Bus Driver in the City of Paterson in New Jersey. Everyday he follows the same routine of a day. He encounters people and things while he drives the bus, and writes poems when he gets a chance to on his way home. And waiting until he comes home after work is his lovely wife, Laura.

See this is one of the main point I thought that recent action flick 'Extraction' was an absolute failure. Sheer inability to make use of the presence of an actress like Golshifteh Farahani, turns out be an actual Insult to her because I was under impression that maybe it was the language barrier. But Naw.

I've never been the biggest fan of poetry, which is sorta let down because my mom is a Poet. It needed a film like Paterson to break this little thing.

Only work I've seen before of Jarmusch is Dead Man (1995), and these two have interesting similarities, starting from the way they're shot, and a more obvious one, both woven around poetry.

As hinted above, Paterson is beautifully shot. Begin again, Paterson can be simply put as another Beautiful Poem. Just like Paterson, the guy was giving birth to amazing poems from what he sees around him, we can see that Paterson, the film is just about a poem that Jarmusch has written on Paterson, the guy's life.

If you love poems, This film is a must watch.
