I don't think there will be a need for Federal Income Tax at all, once we pay off the National Debt...

Perhaps he didn't want to make it seem too good to be true...

To me, Cryptocurrencies act in the same manner as "Commodities"...

Commodities are constantly Fluctuating in Value, due to Supply and Demand...
