15 to 21 February 2024

Here we are!

Already, we are finished with the third week of February.

I read the other day that the third week of a month is the time of the month that you have to work harder, wiser, and with perseverance, and you will make a success. It also serves as a checkpoint period to assess progress.

Well, Team 2 is on track! All that remains is for us to enjoy the last week.

Thank you team!

Problems encounter:

We’ve only encountered one problem this week where two teams voted on the same post. This was due to the fact that the system took so long before making votes, comments, and posts public.

Curating good comments:

To reward not only good posts but also good comments

We achieved in our goal by voting 26 comments.
Comments that were relevant to the post and of good quality were rewarded at 15%.

It is with pride that we can present you with our THIRD report for the month of February 2024.

Author : @bossj23

A university is a place for creating new knowledge and developing free thinking. Its function is to inculcate democratic values in students along with teaching. Likewise, the author of my top selected post, @ bossj23 presented a federal institution in his home country Nigeria - University of Uyo as unique in the country. He has presented all the characteristics of the institute to make this place unique. For example, the author gives an illustrative example of the education that institute students can receive through museum or artwork design. Above all the author in his article all the faculties of an educational institution he has given proper explanation in detail along with pictures which are suitable to attract the attention of other readers.

Author : @mireyalongart

Post Link : Respect My Space
Nominated by : @ wilmer1988

A week where @ mireyalongart, where she shares a phrase “Respect my Space” where a limit must be set in the lives of others, everything must have a point, and when there is a limit there will always be a good relationship and communication, everyone has a way of working and many prefer privacy in their work. People who are disrespectful are because they feel happy to be in the lives of others to keep themselves busy, when there is love, space does not count for her because she shares everything with her husband whenever the opportunity arises.

Author : @kozanozdra
Club : #100
Post Link : Party Animals
Nominated by : @ patjewell

This week we pay a visit to a zoo, Bioparc Valencia, a zoo park in Valencia, Spain, where there is not a single cage in sight. The animals are separated by nature, rocks, streams, and plants. This allows the visitors to experience the natural habitats of the animals. The goal of the park is to increase public awareness of the need to protect our native ecosystems and our animals. The author takes the reader on a tour with his beautiful photos through the different sections of the zoo, Savannah, Madagascar, and Equatorial Africa. Don’t miss this opportunity to learn more about this modern zoo.

Author : @cruzamilcar63
Club : #75
Post Link : My country and its mineral resources
Nominated by : @ dove11

The author of this post, @cruzamilcar63 feels that the enthronement of corrupt political actors in power, in their self-interest, handled the situation in unethical ways, which caused the situation to get worse and therefore became even more complex. He feels if the industries that bring the best to his country, especially oil and iron, worked without any embezzlement of their assets, his country's situation would be far better than it is right now. A bit critical, but to the point.

Post Link : Grocery shopping for new relatives

Nominated by : @ shiftitamanna

I nominated this post as a top post because the author has presented his invitation An Economic Diary Game for New Relatives very nicely. He explained in detail the activities carried out by purchasing all the fish, meat and grocery items purchased throughout the day from his local market. Also at the end he presents a list of all the items he purchased from local currency to Steem conversion which makes an informative and interesting post for readers to read.

Author : @enrisanti

Post Link : Contest: Comment on the song
Nominated by : @ patjewell

To host a contest on Steemit you need to think outside the box for it to stand out. This is exactly what the author of this contest has done. He gives the lyrics of a song, and then the participants have carte blanche to write about it. “I'm jealous of mine, mine, mine, mine” With these words, you can just imagine the hilarious posts that will drop. Already, there is one woman pulling the other by the hair. I am keeping a keen eye on this contest. Well done to the author!
