. What vegetables are available in your area?
Talking about vegetables;a lot of vegetables are available in my area, but for the sake of this contest I will only focus on one vegetable that I often use on regular basis which is Afang in my local dialects, igbo people call it Okazi/ Ukazi any of the two spellings is correct and the scientific name is Gnetum Africanum

. How much money do you have to spend to buy vegetables in a month?
This is a very nice question, talking about how much money I spend on vegetable, truly speaking I don't spend money in buying vegetables because we have them enough in the farm and we usually sell them off for people that needs it, this generate additional income to Carter for the family bills.
. Can the vegetables be grown in your area or on your own land?
Oh yes, vegetables can thrives very well on our land and here is the picture of newly grown once that we are stalking
its my dad that owns the farm I usually visit him during the weekend to assist him stalking and weeding since His aging and can't do all the job by himself.
. Tell about your favorite vegetables and detail the vitamins they contain.
Afang is a leaf green vegetable rich in fiber
which usually Cook as Soup, there's no occasion that the leaves will not be cooked. A lot of people loved eating the soup because it as a nice aroma and taste. Its contain high fiber with other minerals like vitamin A and C.
Finally, tell us what vitamins some vegetables contain and how they help the body
As a leafy vegetables it contains vitamin A,C and other minerals that are rich in antioxidants that boast the immune system and also fight against other bacteria that would have cause damage to the body.
