"Keeping fit / Stretches"

Hi friends!
The purpose of training is to tighten up the slack, toughen the body, and polish the spirit. Sweat is the body's way of showing progress, so if you don't sweat, you ain't progressing.
Let's keep fit today!
Step by step stretches
Neck Stretching
I began my neck stretch by placing my hand on my left ear and tilting my head to the right. Then, I did the same by tilting to the left. I also bent my neck forward and backward, holding each position for 10 seconds.
Shoulder Stretching
I extended my arms and brought my right arm across to the left, using my left arm to support it for 10 seconds. Then, I switched and did the same with my left arm, supporting it with my right arm for another 10 seconds.
Low Back Stretch
I crossed my arms over my chest and leaned my upper body to the right for 10 seconds. After returning to the center, I leaned to the left side for another 10 seconds.
Upper back and chest stretch
I bent forward and reached out with both arms, holding this position for 10 seconds while keeping my chest in and legs steady. Then, I pulled my arms back to work on my chest.
Full back and back leg stretch
For this stretch, I leaned my upper body down, extending my arms forward while tightening my legs and lowering my head.
Complete leg stretch
I stepped my right leg back while bending it, then reached my left arm forward for 10 seconds. I switched to my left leg and stretched my right arm for another 10 seconds. After standing up straight, I lifted my left leg close to my chest, holding it with both hands, and did the same with my right leg for 10 seconds each.
What areas of your body did you perceive tense? Tell your experience. |

I had a great time with this exercise. I felt tightness in my lower abdomen while doing the full back stretch and when I bent down to stretch my legs.
While stretching my neck, I noticed tightness in the back of my neck and even heard it crack. The leg stretch caused a strong tension around my hips, but I felt good afterward.
Do you think stretching is beneficial or counterproductive for you? Explain your answer. |

I haven't stretched much lately, just a little in bed before getting up, haha. But stretching is something we should do every day to keep our muscles from getting weak. For me, it really helps, even though I know I don't always stick to a regular exercise routine.
Of all the techniques applied, which one would you choose for a personal exercise routine? Explain why. |

I would stick with the Full Leg routine to keep my legs toned and in shape. For me and many women, having well-shaped legs is important. Whether wearing a dress, skirt, or shorts, we want our legs to look good and presentable.
