Country Representative Report, Ghana - nattybongo

Greetings to @steemitblog and Steemit Team,

It is a privilege to once again have this opportunity to present my report as a country representative for Ghana as a country on the blockchain. This report will be covering the time frame of 28th November to 4th of December in continuation of my previous report.

In this report i will be looking at my activities with the steemcurator04 account in support of Ghanaians on the blockchain, in addition i will talk about the curation support system thus the steem-ghana account, curation support with my personal account, community engagement and club5050 support of members and my powerups within the stipulated timeframe in that order.

Activities with steemcurator04

As an african country representative i also have the obligation of using the steemcurator04 account in support of Africans from my country and thus Ghana. Currently Ghana country reps support the account together on days we are eligible. The schedule now is Ghana>Nigeria>Cameroon>Uganda.

On Thursday the 2nd of December i used the account alongside oppongk to support Ghanaians on the blockchain. Please find below the list of Ghanaians I support and the links to their posts;

Curation with steem-ghana account

The steem-ghana account currently has 20,185.77 Effective SP which allows us to support members with upvote worth $0.33 at 100 manna. The least vote given is always around 50% weight thus $0.16. On a regular basis leaders take time to curate good content in the community with the account.

More emphasis is put on those who have delegated to the account and have labels accordingly, those who follow our curation trail and those who are making effort with consistent powerups. According to steemworld.org about 70 accounts were supported with 117 upvotes within the last 7 days.

Curation Support with my personal account

As a country representative i also received 5K SP as a support from the steemit team which is geared towards been able to do more to support the Ghanaians that are available on the blockchain. Now having reached dolphin and my effective power been at 13,820.41 SP i am able to give out a vote weight of 0.22$ at 100% manna which together with steem-ghana is able to provide something substantial for members.

I always curate at 100% to help others appreciate the value of their work. Within the last 7 days i was able to support 50 accounts with 80 upvotes. There was no self upvote

Community Engagement and Club5050 Support

As a leader i also make the effort to help bring into the spotlight some good writeups and those who are keen on supporting club5050 by making posts where i update the entire community on the people doing club5050 and some of the good posts they have produced.

For this past few days i had to embark on a free eye screening exercise which made things a bit difficult for me combining the activities of the blockchain however now that it is ended i am back to serve in the fullest capacity and would me resuming the club5050 top post report this week.

Upon visiting members i always try to not only engage them but also give them a report of their current standings of club5050 so they know what to do next to be eligible and all that.

Powerup Report

Leadership by example is a crucial thing that all leaders must make an effort to emulate which is something i try to do every now and then, which is why i make sure to stay consistent in my powerups especially been eligible for club5050 so as to ensure that others can follow in my steps.

According to steemworld my total transfers since Nov 6th, sits at 578.650 STEEM whereas my powerups sits at 826.502 STEEM. I am making plans towards joining club75 by increasing my powerups this month and buying steem to powerup if and when necessary.

For the time frame stipulated in this report thus from 28th Nov to 4th December i made a total of of 87 Steem powerup. I look forward to been able to powerup more of my earnings in the days to come.

I am always grateful for the privilege conferred on me to serve in the capacity as a country representative to help my fellow Ghanaians make it on the blockchain.
