Such a great opportunity to apply as a teacher in this season's engagement challenge. There are lots of skills and academic development I've learnt from steemit including those that are financially inclined. It's time to give back to the community with what I have. Though I have no social standing on this platform, I see it as a great opportunity to express myself even though I get selected or not.

I'm Mkpouto by name and known as @mkgirl77 on steemit. I'm a writer from birth and has been very intentional about it. Through the mentorship of people that formed part of my life, I got to know this platform and here I am trying to write an applicable to teach what I know how to do best - taught and learnt through a digital skill I paid #20k.
I was once an affiliate marketer and it's because of this affiliate marketing I got exposed to most digital skills that are very promising. One was video editing on canva for my promotional activities. I can do transitions, motions, add life to pictures and also do blends.
Though I'm not taking it commercially, I find pleasure doing it as a hobby or to promote my business on tiktok social media platform. Some may feel that this skill is not that valuable or may be rendered useless but the truth about the whole thing is that someday, we would get to promote steemit professional to attract investors and writers.
Creating a normal video may not really move the audience as I've dealt with lots of people virtually and know their tastes. When a video editor knows how to blend his videos to capture the viewers mind, he gets engagements. **Sometimes we pay people to edit videos or clips for us when we can do so ourselves with the aid of some specialized softwares like
Not just editing videos. Editing photos breath life into the eyes of the viewers and make the most repulsive pictures turn attractive. Since I'm not doing it for the public but for myself, I'll share with my students if I get selected, video tutorials on how to navigate this course using the softwares I'll specify

If given the opportunity to teach this course, I'll take you guys from the basics of photography and video editing which would be segmented into three weeks each to avoid confusion and enhance understanding. The first three weeks would be for photo editing and application while the remaining weeks would be for video editing.

With the above, I hope my application is considered in the eyes of those who evaluates..I think since the challenge is open to everyone without restrictions of steem power, the steemit team wants not just those who are reputable on the platform to have a taste of responsibilities but also for those who have little steem power and no social standing in as much as what they have to offer would be beneficial to the open public.
