Hello everyone.

How are you tonight? I hope everyone is healthy in body and soul, without lacking anything. Because with a healthy body and soul we can do many things, from that health, then enthusiasm grows within us. And the effect of that enthusiasm is also what drives us to always be active and creative people.

Then from those active and creative people who then produce many attractive and innovative works. Okay, I think, that's enough for the introduction, and I'll go straight to the topic of discussion. Well, on this occasion, I will try to tell you about the healthy lifestyle of the Prophet Muhammad SAW. Well, Steemian friends, did you know that during his lifetime the Prophet Muhammad SAW never felt a stomach ache. This is because he always maintained his daily diet.

He never ate meat with milk, ate meat with fish, ate fish with milk, ate meat with milk, ate fish with eggs, ate fish with salad leaves, drank milk with vinegar, and ate fruit with milk.

And this is in line with research conducted by Dr. William Howard Hay, a famous surgeon in the 1920s in the United States. This diet is also known as a high system diet. Wow, it turns out that what was exemplified by the Prophet Muhammad SAW, is indeed good for health, as scientifically proven through the study. Referring to the Prophet Muhammad SAW's diet, it is also necessary to pay attention to the etiquette of eating that he taught:

First, to start eating, by reading a prayer, then washing hands.

Second, eat and drink while sitting.

Third, eat with the right hand.

Fourth, do not overdo it in eating.

Fifth, start eating from the right edge of the plate.

And lastly, wash your hands after eating.

It turns out that since long ago, the Prophet Muhammad SAW, gave an example of a good diet for body health. Yes, first of all, Islam is actually, the first time people learn Fiqh is about Thaharah (the ins and outs of purification), purity, cleanliness, that is a big contribution to health. That's why the Prophet Muhammad SAW, said, "if you already have faith, have religion, have a Godly life, ask for health".

This means trying to be healthy, because almost all activities in this life, if you are not healthy, are not perfect. A simple example, how can people go on the hajj, if they are not healthy, prayers are not perfect if they are not healthy, right? Moreover, if you want to pay zakat, how can you pay zakat, while you have no money. Money can be obtained if he is healthy. So, if we look at the lifestyle of the Prophet Muhammad SAW, it is from the way he eats, the way he eats is very healthy, and the lifestyle of the Prophet Muhammad SAW, is extraordinary, horse riding, wrestling. Now look, wrestling is an amazing sport, especially horse riding.

Some time ago, I rode a horse while visiting a cold city, aka Takengon (Central Aceh). I rode for 2 hours, it was incredibly tiring, the aches lasted for days, never went away. This means that the spirit of religious people is the spirit of maintaining health is important. And actually almost all illnesses are due to lifestyle patterns, and the food we consume, the food intake is also unhealthy. In fact, your body has rights that you must fulfill. So our obligation is to fulfill the rights of the body. This means that balance is important, because usually under 40 years old, it's like free, eating anything doesn't affect, and usually over 40 years old it's bay... bay...,

This means eating a little, aches here and there. Because people usually, I'm sorry that whether male or female, that maintaining a healthy lifestyle, the association is with maintaining health, or making the body feel comfortable all the time, and then the relationship with the body staying fit. Our mouth is a source of health, and a source of pain, so in terms of finances we regulate, in terms of management we regulate, in terms of household we regulate, but in terms of what goes into our mouths, it doesn't want to be regulated.

That's why there is a term that says, "being friendly with the friendship of the heart, sickness is the resistance of the heart". So the discomfort that we do, eventually creates the disease itself. So once again, it's actually more about that, being healthy is not the goal, being healthy is a requirement, being healthy is not the main thing, but without being healthy, the main thing cannot be achieved. So being healthy is just a requirement, if you're not healthy imagine, not doing the main thing, achieving the main thing, we can't enjoy anything else.

Sickness is like falling, being hit by a ladder, it doesn't feel good, you have to pay again. That's the point, because for example, I have an analogy, no matter how luxurious a car is, if we take a nap, sit in no matter how luxurious a car is, it doesn't feel good. A woman is beautiful, if our eyesight is still okay, but when we have cataracts, no matter how beautiful a woman is, she is still ordinary in our eyes. Likewise, the pleasure of food, if we don't have a toothache, but when we have a toothache, if we are given satay, it still doesn't taste good.

So, through this writing, I invite my friends, let's imitate the lifestyle of the Prophet Muhammad S.A.W, namely regulating our eating patterns, so that life becomes more enjoyable.

Hopefully useful.

Greetings always compact.
