So instead of going for family planning why not calculate your Free period, know when you are safe and when you are not.
What do you understand about Family Planning?
I will define Family planning in my own understanding, it refers to the practices and also the method in which individuals or couples limit the number of children they have or will have. This means making good decisions on when to have children, the number of children and how the will prevent or even delay pregnancy.
It’s not only for the well being of any individual but for the good health and the development of the societies.
Do you think countries should regulate their population using Family Planning?
Meanwhile it’s very important for countries to give their population by making use of family planning in this way the will be able to promote good development and it will improve the quality of life in then citizens. It family planning is implemented, countries can easily manage their population growth,at the same time reduce poverty, increase child health, and educational and economic opportunities for the citizens.
How do you think that will help them? Explain.
The main benefits of family planning, it’s that ability to reduce the maternal and also the infant mortality rates. If women have access to do contraception and family planning services, the will be able space their pregnancies for the main time and have a good plan for the health and their well-being for themselves and also their children.
With all this it can help in preventing all this unintended pregnancies, reducing the risk of maternal complications, and lastly it will improve the total health outcomes for both the mothers and her baby.
I will say, family planning, it has that positive impact on the women empowerment and also gender equality. Also when women have that ability to manage or control their fertility, they will also be able to focus on their education, and participate in decision-making and even go into workforce. If all this work out, it can lead to higher economic independence, it will improved social status, and also increased opportunities for women to make their future goals come to reality.
