Assalamu Alaikum Wa Rahmatullah, I hope everyone is well, I am also well by the grace of Alhamdulillah. I will now write a few words related to the topic of this contest. As much as I have an idea about the subject, I will try to give the maximum. I hope everyone will like this post and my expression. So let's get started without delay.

Part I - According to what was explained in class, according to the law or laws of your country, indicate two examples of public law and two examples of private law, and explain why you consider that these rights are part of public law and private law.

Public law and private law are two very important branches of law, public law and private law are two important branches of law, but their functions are different.

Two examples of public law under the law of my country are:-

1. Criminal Law	2. Constitution Act

Criminal Law: Criminal law is the law establishing the relationship between the state and the people, this law is related to the security and rights of the people.
Constitution Act: A constitutional law is a law that guarantees citizenship and the rights of citizens. And this law is used for public development.

According to the law of my country, two examples of personal law are:

1. Family Law	2. Contract Law

Family Law: Family law is the law related to family ties such as marriage, divorce, etc.
Contract Law: Contract law refers to the law that relates to a business contract or transaction.

There is a difference between public law and private law:

👉 Public law refers to the laws that establish the relationship between the state and the people.

👉 Personal law refers to the law that is the basis of family relationships.

Part I - You must select two laws from your country, you must place them in one of the branches of law explained in class (or with which of the branches of law it is related or similar), and you must also explain why you place that law in that specific branch.

Selecting two laws from my country and their inclusion of branches is explained below:-

(1) According to the Penal Code, 1860, the branch of law is criminal,

The Penal Code 1860 is a law system where various immoral activities including theft, murder, fraud are selected and punished appropriately, and ensure the safety and rights of the people, maintain order.

For example, the death penalty for murder under Section 302. Or punishing for theft under Section 379.	src

2. According to the Family Law 1961, the branch of law is personal law.

This law is the Muslim Family Law in which the main purpose of this law is related to the registration of marriages of Muslim families, divorce, family contracts, selection of family succession etc. Which helps to protect the rights received from a person's family.

For example, the permission of the first wife for the second marriage.	src

The reasons for placing the laws in their particular branches are as follows:-

The Penal Code 1860 is because it is the law between the state and the people.
The Penal Code 1961 is because it is a law relating to the establishment of family relations.

Part II - Of all the branches of law (explained in class or that you know and have not been explained), which one do you find most interesting and why?

The entire branch of law includes

1st	Criminal law
2nd	Financial law.
3rd	Constitution Act.
4th	Civil law.
5th	International law.
6th	Personal law.
7th	Labor law.
8th	Administrative Law.

The most important and interesting branch to me is criminal law, the reasons for being attractive are mentioned below:-

Criminal law basically establishes the relationship between the state and the people, this law helps to maintain the security rights and discipline of the people. As the security of the society is maintained, the people get justice.

The criminal branch is very challenging because it punishes the culprit by verifying the facts and proving the innocent innocent.

Such as:-

1. Various murders and cases that are solved through investigation.

1. Protection of human rights, which protects the rights of the people.

Part III - We have all had or experienced moments within one of the branches of law. So you must tell us about your own or someone else's experience but of which you have full knowledge and can adapt or compare it with one of the types of law explained in class. You must describe this legal situation in detail and explain why you consider it part of that right.

An acquaintance of mine wanted to sell a land, but there was a problem with the actual ownership of the land, because there a person came and claimed that the land was his, so the real owner of the land had to file a case in court, and the original documents of the land had to be presented.

The branch of this law is civil law,

Because:-

Civil law refers to those laws that generally deal with the settlement of disputes over land or property.

Since the main significance here is about the real ownership of the land, the rights of the real owner of the land, it is included in the civil case

Detailed Description:-

Legal process	Characteristics of the case

Legal process:– Here the original owner has to submit all the documents of the land to the court, and accordingly the judge rules in the court.
Characteristics of the case:– Civil law is basically the Settlement of Land Litigation Act.

And if a party does not want to accept the verdict in the court, then there is an opportunity to appeal again.
