Hello friends, How are you all? I am also fine, Alhamdulillah. First of all, thanks to @ngoenyi for organizing this creative contest. I am very happy to participate in this weekly creative contest. Here we can share our many kinds of creativity. Today I will share one of my regular cooking recipes with you. I love cooking and have to cook many different types of food every day. Today I have come to share a recipe for a filling with you. So let's start without further ado.

I took two medium-sized eggplants. I washed and sliced the eggplants. I washed and sliced two tomatoes in the same way. First, I put a pan on the stove and added a little oil to it. Now, I fried six dried chilies in oil. After frying the dried chilies, I put them on a plate.
Then I put the sliced eggplants in the pan. I turned the eggplant over and cooked it. When the eggplants were cooked, I put the eggplants on one side of the pan, leaving one side empty, and added some oil there. Then I put the tomatoes there and covered them with a few garlic cloves.
I covered the pan with a lid so that the tomatoes would cook. After a while, I removed the lid and chopped an onion on top of it. Stirred it and covered it again for a minute or two.
I turned off the stove When all the ingredients were cooked well. I took three onions to make the stuffing. I chopped one onion and boiled it on top of the stuffing. I chopped the remaining two onions. I fried the dried chillies in advance and chopped them. I chopped some coriander leaves to add to the stuffing. I arranged all the ingredients on a plate.
Then I mashed the onion, coriander, and chilli with a sufficient amount of salt. After the boiled eggplant, tomato, and garlic cooled, I mashed all the ingredients with my hands in the pan.
Finally, I mixed the eggplant, tomato, onion, coriander, and chilli mixture well on this plate. After mixing it with my hands, I took out the filling on a plate. This filling can be made very easily by mixing it with your hands without any kind of batter or bowl. This eggplant filling tastes great. Such filling can be prepared in the afternoon and eaten with rice. I make this filling in the afternoon. It tastes great to eat the filling with hot rice.
