Yes exactly that happens to me things are doing great when I'm in college because I'm eating well I'm hungry on time But as soon as I come home on vacation, my whole routine is change. I don't understand anything. I was lazy and that's why I don't even feel hungry at home and I can't take my meals on time and i just shifted on breakfast and dinner at night, so my routine gets disturbed and I start taking meals twice a day. Because of this, I often get stomach problems and dark circles. I have a lot of problems because of my broken routine and then it is very difficult to fix the routine.I often lose my appetite. If I don't eat, I have a lot of stomach problem, so sometimes I get a lot of gas problem in the stomach, I don't know why it happens, I think it's because of not taking my meal on time.
“Are you one of those people who prefer a full meal or who, if they don't have time, eat anything on the street?
Yes, of course, I am one of those people who believe in eating well and eating healthy, but I am also not one of those people who say you shouldn't eat street food at all, you should eat street food too sometimes. The food they sell for peoples like you. It doesn't means every street food is full or oil, full of chilies or not good for your health. Today is very advanced.Sellers maintain hygiene ,Taking care of cooking very well, Sometimes you should go out of your daily routine and check out the street food and that is the fun of life.In my opinion, all the running and hard work of life is done for us to eat, if we are not hungry, there are many of us who will not do any work, so in my opinion, keep yourself happy. It is also very important not only to make the body happy, but also to make the heart and mind happy.

In my opinion, the ideal meal time is that you should eat your food at all three times and in the middle, whenever you feel like it, you should eat something lite weight that will give energy to your body. Eat healthy and balanced diet.Consulting the nutritionalist must once in a month. Green tea once in a day and use alot of water.
