Hello Everyone
This is @max-pro from, #Bangladesh
Assalamu Alaikum steemian friends. Hope you are all well and enjoying the new week of SLC contests. Today I came to participate in the excellent learning competition organized by our teacher @afzalqamar. The topic of this contest is SLC S22 Week 1 - Hebrs for children. Here I will show the answers to some questions as practical. So let's begin.
Teething Remedy: Create a teething pain remedy. Describe the preparation and application method. |
---|
Toothache may seem minor at first, but gradually it becomes a serious illness. However, it is possible to get rid of it by adopting some home remedies or treatments. Prepare a natural remedy tea for toothache with cloves, turmeric powder, guava leaves, ginger and hot water. Below are the preparation and application methods.
Material benefits for children :-
Ingredients :-
01 | Cloves | 2-3 |
---|---|---|
02 | Turmeric powder | 1 tsp |
03 | Guava leaves | 2-3 |
04 | Ginger | 1 inch piece |
05 | Hot water | 1 cup |
Method of preparation of solution for children (toothache remedy):-
At the beginning I collected all the materials.
Take a cup of water and put it on the stove or in an electric kettle.
Add the cloves to the boiling water and wash, peel and thinly slice the fresh ginger and place in the boiling water.
Add half a teaspoon of turmeric powder to the water and boil it for a while.
Remove from oven and cool after straining and our toothache remedy for babies is ready.
How to use :-
Wash your hands thoroughly, boil the tea and let it cool until it is lukewarm (tolerable temperature to take in the mouth).
Take 1-2 teaspoons of tea in your mouth and gargle well. Try to get it to the area of the toothache and the gums.
Hold the tea for 20-30 seconds each time.
When the gargle is over, discard the tea and take it again.
Repeat this process 2-3 times a day.
Why this remedy works :-This remedy works because it contains natural antibacterial, antiseptic and anti-inflammatory properties. Cloves contain a compound called eugenol, which is known for its analgesic and antiseptic properties. Curcumin in turmeric helps reduce inflammation and acts as an antiseptic. Ginger's natural antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties reduce pain and swelling. Guava leaves have antimicrobial properties that help in curing oral infections and dental problems.
Caution :- If pain persists, consult a dentist. This method is useful for providing initial relief, but it is necessary to visit a doctor to determine the root cause of the problem.
