Nowadays winters are going on. So where people loves to enjoy winter weather, there extra care is also needed specially in winters.

First and most important winter essential SUNLIGHT.

Today morning I went for morning walk and saw beautiful sunlight in park, as from many days the weather of Lahore was very cold and foggy

Sunlight is not only source of getting VITAMIN D but also helps in reducing swelling and specially high blood pressure, which is getting most common in human beings nowadays.

Sunlight provides us 90% of VITAMIN D, which slows the process of ageing in our body as well as helps to protect against disease.

It also helps in improving brain functions as well. For which you have to wake up early to get rays of morning sunlight on your body for at least 15-20 minutes.

So for me the bestest option to get sunlight is "Morning Walk" in my favourite park, near to my house for at least half an hour.

In winters I use oranges in two ways.

Studies has shown that oranges protects us from heart disease and cancer. It also help to lower blood pressure and cholesterol level.
It is a rich source of fibre which is helpfull in weight loss.

The high content of vitamin C In oranges ensures that your immune system is working good. A healthy dose of vitamin C keeps your immunity level up and cold and cough out!
So for me oranges in winter are as important as taking breath!

LAST important winter essential near me are DRY FRUITS.

Dry Fruits are one of the healthiest way to satisfy my food cravings during winters. Dry fruits provide you most needed nutrients and vitamins. They indeed are the quick way to get energy during your busy routine.

I will discuss some dry fruits which play an important role in your daily life.

Dates are most probably know as "Khajoor". It helps people suffering from low haemoglobin levels. It also improves energy level and can also help you getting better sleep.
