Yes, the place, for which we have been in charge of carrying out an extraordinary cleaning every Monday morning for some time now, let's hope that this work lasts, because this morning there was a relative confidence from one of the two owners to the number of customers that a colleague-friend of theirs yesterday, Sunday, at lunchtime, 2 people only, this news brought me infinite sadness, because I know perfectly well what it means to have a place, to have expenses fixed, and not seeing people enter, discouragement often takes over and reasoning can be triggered which does not lead to anything good, I am also convinced, having seen and considered that there are indicators, scattered far and wide in the venue , which show in any case that even in our place, the one we clean, things are better but not much, to the point that I asked directly, because I don't want to leave anything to chance and certain things are better to know than fall from the clouds, if it were not the case that we stopped providing our cleaning work, to contain their expenses, the answer was negative, in the sense that if on the one hand it is true that that place is not working at full capacity, on the other hand, it should also be noted that in recent months it has earned well, with a growth of a good 20% in attendance at the tables compared to the previous year, thank goodness, honestly speaking I would have been sorry if things turned out things were bad, both for them and for us...

Si potrà avere una passione del genere per le scatole? Questa mattina non ci avevo neanche fatto caso a questa circostanza, la mia compagna mi aveva detto di gettare nei bidoni della raccolta differenziata che abbiamo sul terrazzino posteriore quella scatola, un piccolo imballaggio di un prodotto che ci era stato consegnato di domenica (il grande colosso consegna anche di domenica), avevo risposto in maniera automatica, senza prestare particolare attenzione a quanto stesse effettivamente accadendo, quando ho rialzato lo sguardo, indirizzandolo verso l'involucro, la scoperta...

La nostra gattina, quella più piccolina, sempre attiva, sempre attenta a quello che la circonda, figuriamoci se si faceva scappare l'opportunità di infilarsi dentro, e mettersi a fare le unghie e tutti i fatti suoi, questa è una delle sue maggiori passioni in assoluto, del resto qualcosa dovrà pur fare, per passare il tempo, per cui finché siamo rimasti a casa, prima di partire per andare a fare le pulizie del locale del lunedì mattina, l'ho lasciata stare lì dentro, in fondo che male c'era, nessuno...

Già, il locale, del quale ormai da tempo abbiamo acquisito l'incarico di effettuare una pulizia straordinaria ogni lunedì mattina, speriamo che duri, questo lavoro, perché questa mattina c'è stata una confidenza, da parte di uno dei due titolari, relativa al numero di clienti che un loro collega-amico nella giornata di ieri, domenica, all'ora di pranzo, 2 persone solamente, questa notizia mi ha procurato una tristezza infinita, perché conosco perfettamente cosa significa avere un locale, avere delle spese fisse, e non vedere la gente entrare, lo sconforto spesso ha il sopravvento e si possono innescare dei ragionamenti che non portano a nulla di buono, sono anche convinto, visto e considerato che ci sono degli indicatori, sparsi in lungo e in largo nel locale, che mostrano in ogni caso che anche nel nostro locale, quello che puliamo, le cose vanno meglio ma non più di tanto, al punto tale che ho chiesto direttamente, perché non voglio lasciare nulla al caso e certe cose è meglio saperle che cadere dalle nuvole, se non fosse il caso che noi smettessimo di prestare la nostra opera di pulizia, per contenere le loro spese, la risposta è stata negativa, nel senso che se da una parte è vero che quel locale non sta lavorando in pieno, d'altro canto c'è pure da rimarcare il fatto che negli ultimi mesi ha incassato bene, con una crescita rispetto all'anno precedente di un buon 20% di presenze ai tavoli, meno male, sinceramente parlando mi sarebbe dispiaciuto che le cose si mettessero male, sia per loro, sia per noi...
