Are you all fine? I'm fine too. So today I got ready to participate in a SLC21-W2 competition. Today's contest topic is "Making Classic Vanilla and Chocolate Cakes." This contest is really a very important contest . And I like these contest a lot because of my favorite topic. I am a cake teacher. So, I am very happy to have the opportunity to do my job. So I thought to participate in this competition today. Today I will prepare a vanilla cake according to the competition topic. Let's see how to make this vanilla cake easily. And I will show you the easy step-by-step process of making this vanilla cake. So thank you @dasudi for organizing this amazing competition. Well, I'm going to start making this vanilla cupcake.

⚫️ Yes indeed I have prepared many classic pastry cakes like this at home. Because I am a cake teacher. I currently have too many cakes prepared to count. So I teach my students how to prepare this kind of cake in my classes. So I practically teach them to make this kind of cake and prepare this kind of cake almost every day when I conduct classes. And my mother's favorite cake is this vanilla cake. So I prepare this kind of cake almost every week at home.

⚫️ I really enjoyed my cake making experience. Because my job is also making cakes which is really great for me. It is another pleasure for me to share that desire with you. I take very easy steps in making this kind of cake and it can be different experiences. But with my abilities I find it very easy to prepare this cake. Therefore, I will use my skills as a cake guru to prepare cakes like this.

Ingredients
🔹 Butter 250g
🔹 Sugar 250g
🔹 Flour 250g
🔹 Eggs 5
🔹 Baking powder 2tsp
🔹 Vanilla 1tsp

Making process

🔲 Step 01

First I took a clean bowl before making the vanilla cake. I added some butter to the clean bowl. Add sugar as needed and beat it well. This is how I took steps while beating it.

That way I beat the butter well and then I added the eggs to it. I beat it well as I beat it earlier by adding one egg at a time.

🔲 Step 03

Then I added vanilla to make this cake delicious. I beat it well as before, adding a little vanilla.

After that I added some flour as needed for the cake. Add some baking powder to the flour and filter it like this and filter it well like this. After that, I added the flour to the cake batter I had prepared before and beat it well.

That way I was finally ready to prepare the cake. So I took a cake tray and added the mixture to it. Adding the mixture, I put the cake tray in the oven preheated to 175* for ten minutes and baked it well for about 40 minutes.

I was about to finish the cake looking delicious. So I baked it well in the oven and then put it outside like this and let it cool down for a while. So this is how I got the final result. So here is my vanilla cake.

✅✔️ What caused you the most difficulty in preparing the cake?

⚫️ There are actually several steps that I find most difficult when it comes to making a cake. That is the power cut in my house. It is really difficult to prepare cakes during power outages. Because I definitely need electricity when I prepare the cake batter and bake the cake in the oven. So I had a very difficult time when the power went out in my house. Because when I had previously accepted a cake order, it was a very difficult task for me as there was a power cut in my house.

⚫️ Yes really cleanliness should be important especially for all of us to prepare the cake in making the cake perfect. Also, it is very important to use the ingredients required for the cake in a suitable way. Also, when preparing a cake, it is very important to use several parts of the ingredients used in it and each part to match each other to make the cake perfect.
