I wonder if certain funds have to buy Nasdaq 100 members?

I would assume so.

My guess is that this addition will open up MSTR to a whole host of new buyers of their stock.

This will only make it easier and easier to raise more and more money for their bitcoin buying spree.

This whole plan of his is crazy like a fox!
