Today we continue with a juicy marble cake.
The cake is a secret recipe and contains a good shot of rum with 54% alcohol.
When it comes out of the oven, it's not quite ready yet because 150 gr of chocolate coating are still missing.
The chocolate coating is warmed up in a bain-marie and can then be easily spread over the cake with a pastry brush.
