It’s really bad for all the people who have those folks as their doctor providing care and all their data in the app, that they were cut off without any notice.

The app was shut off and so all the information in there is gone unless they request medical records, but I suspect that will take a long time and still not give them access to all the things that were conveniences people were used to. Forward will provide continuity of medical care but for 30 days only. So just before the holidays people who need important ongoing care for medical condition need to be finding a new position then getting in there and building a relationship and so on.

The business model was a good idea, at least from a social perspective, and for customers. I suspect they weren’t charging enough.
