Here is my today food diary. I am a complete vegetarian so my menu is always filled with colourful vegetables. Hope all of you like it
Morning:-
For today's breakfast needs I prepare Kanchi Idli With Onion Chutney
Kanch Idli is a very popular dish in Kanchi, Tamil Nadu. They prepare this Dish to distribute to pilgrimage persons there.
We also know here, that's why in my home we prepare when we wish.
Today is Tuesday, so the Kids have School, so we have additional work for preparing the launch box for the kids' needs.
For today needs to prepare ladyfinger fry, rasam rice and sweet corn for snacks.
Here we prepare for kids' needs so use very less spices.
Afternoon:-
For Today's lunch needs, we prepare drumstick & peanut combination curry, Ladyfinger fry, rasam and curd.
Drumstick and peanut together give amazing taste. Preparation was also very simple.
It is a good combination of rice, chapati and dosa too.
Evening:-
In the evening I prepare coffee for myself along with preparing for my family's needs too. Then we enjoy biscuits.
Which we buy outside,
Dinner:-
For Dinner needs today I prepare broken wheat upma.
