Hi friends, I am Lavanya from India, a Housewife.

Here is my food diary, Hope all of you like it.

Morning:-

For today breakfast needs I prepare Adai with Avial.

Breakfast

Adai with Avial is one of the most popular breakfasts in our region.

On using Mixed Dal we prepare this Dosa. That's why it is a very healthy and delicious dish.

Even kids also loved this special taste.

Afternoon:-

For Today lunch needs I prepare Ridge gourd happy, beans poriyal, Tomato Perugu pachadi, rasam, curd and rice.

Tomato Perugu Pachadi is something unique dish, on using leftover curd we prepare this dish.

It's the best combination we rice. I enjoyed it a lot today.

Evening:-

In the evening I prepare coffee for my family. Along with Kachori as a snack. This we buy outside for kids wish.

Snacks

Kachori is a very famous snack in North India, but it is available in my area too.

Its outer layer is crispy and filled with Moong dal Masala.

Dinner:-

For Dinner needs to prepare Methi Multigrain Roti with Onion chutney.

Just adding methi leaves with hot water we prepare this dish. Within 10 to q5 minutes we prepare this dish.

Diabatic Patients must take this recipe at least once a week. It reduces glucose levels.

This is the today food menu. I enjoy all those with my family and set 50% of this post payout goes to @sf-charity.
