Meet up here on the Steemit platform has to do with the meeting if Steemians within a given geographical zone. This meetups can be online or offline depending on the arrangement and agreement of the Steemians involve.

In my opinion meet up is a great way to strengthen the members of Steemit within a given geographical location. When people within a given region decide to meet they meet with an aim to share ideas and also help each other to grow effectively.

So during meet up people see each other physically for those who make physical meet up or they may see each other virtually for those who do it online. Seeing each other helps to boost the relationship as you guys may not have seen each other before.

A good example of meetup which I will like to talk about is the one coming up here in Nigeria. Nigeria is a very big country and for that reason most of us Steemians have never seen each other before. This meetups will be an avenue to see a lot of people.

Meetup also goes a long way in making us United because during the process we will be able to see and then talk to each other and also learn from those who are ahead the secret which lead them to the top. It's always my earnest desire to meet the bigger boys of the Steemit platform here in Nigeria so that I can tap from their blessings and grace.

So to me meetup especially the physical meetup is a very good idea that should always be encouraged by people and Steemians on the platform. I rememebr a time I see people posting about their meetup and they got a good upvote for their valuable contribution and advertising the Steemit platform as well as the Steem token.

Meetup should be done always to keep the users of a particular platform in our case Steemit very active and educative as there may be times when good opportunity could come from here that may change our lives and that of our families forever. So that is all I have to say about the meetup.
