Hello steemians,

1. Now, the proposed topics have been of interest to you, in how many courses did you participate this season? If you have not participated in any, what was the reason and what are the topics that you would be interested in learning about?

During SEC Season 20, I had the opportunity to participate in several courses including in the fields of cryptocurrency, algorithm and programming with Flutter, design and even topics related to medicine. Also as a cryptocurrency course organizer I was not only able to teach fundamental concepts and strategies for digital wallet management but I also learned from the feedback of the participants which enriched my understanding of the field. These exchanges were invaluable, especially in a constantly evolving sector like cryptocurrency, where practical experience is essential for grasping the subtleties of the market.

At the same time, my participation in the Flutter and programming courses allowed me to refine my technical skills and especially in mobile app development. As a computer science teacher, these new skills have enriched my own classes and allowed me to bring new tools to my students in high school. Just like for subjects like design and medicine, they have broadened my perspective and allowed me to delve deeper into creative and scientific fields that complement my professional background.

2. What do you think? Did you like the platform's new strategy? Are you taking advantage of it? Are you already signing up for the new courses for season 21?

In this aspect I think that the new strategy adopted by the Steemit platform is a real step forward, because it allows users to choose from a variety of subjects ranging from emerging technologies like cryptocurrencies and application development to creative and scientific fields, the platform encourages a diverse learning experience, what I particularly appreciate is that this approach allows for personalized learning, with each participant having the freedom to choose the modules that best suit their interests and needs. For me, this was particularly helpful because I was able to focus on core areas like programming and cryptocurrency while exploring more personal topics like design.

This strategy has also made learning more engaging through practical and interactive exercises. For Season 21, I’ve already signed up for several new courses. I’m excited to continue exploring modules focused on advanced programming, particularly those that emphasize languages like Python and SQL, as well as mobile app development. The platform’s constant evolution and the introduction of new courses each season are key elements that keep me engaged and enthusiastic about learning new things.

3. Tell us what you think about this new phase of Steemit and if you have any suggestions we would love to hear them.

This new phase of Steemit represents a significant shift in the way the community interacts and learns, and I can confidently say that the platform has evolved with a much stronger focus on interactivity and the practical aspects of learning, which is something I’ve observed firsthand in my role as a cryptocurrency course organizer. Participants are more engaged when they are given concrete tasks to complete, allowing them to immediately put into practice the concepts they have learned, and this hands-on approach, which emphasizes action and application, not only enhances the retention of key concepts but also contributes to a more collaborative atmosphere where members are encouraged to share their own experiences and expertise, creating a rich learning environment. The engagement and mutual exchange of knowledge between participants is something that really stands out in this phase, and it reinforces the sense of community on the platform, as each member feels they are contributing not just to their own growth but to the growth of others as well.

Also, to further enhance this phase of learning I believe it would be beneficial to introduce live sessions where trainers can interact directly with participants in real-time by creating an even more dynamic and fluid space for exchange because these live sessions could provide opportunities for participants to ask questions on the spot, gain immediate feedback, and collaborate more closely with their peers. Workshops that involve hands-on collaboration on real-world projects would also encourage teamwork, and these elements of interactivity would offer a richer learning experience. By adding more real-time elements, Steemit could take user engagement to the next level, motivating more members to take an active role in the learning process and fostering an environment where learning is not just passive but a highly engaging and interactive journey. This would be a natural next step in building on the platform’s success in making learning more practical and action-driven.

4. We would love to read your opinion, which will always be respected, because the dynamic is based on respect.

I am particularly impressed with how Steemit values the opinions of every community member, and it is clear that the platform has been built on the principles of mutual respect and active listening, which creates a healthy and motivating environment where learning and knowledge sharing thrive. In my dual role as organizer and participant, I have always appreciated that my contributions are respected and taken into consideration and this respect encourages me to remain deeply invested in the community. Mutual respect is fundamental to maintaining a positive and collaborative atmosphere and it allows everyone to feel comfortable expressing their ideas and points of view without any fear of judgment, which leads to richer discussions and more creative solutions shared on the platform.

However, I believe that this dynamic of respect could be strengthened even further by creating more dedicated spaces for exchanges between members, where people can discuss their projects in greater detail, offer feedback to one another, and ask questions openly, which would not only improve communication between participants but also deepen the connections between trainers and learners. I believe this kind of synergy between participants and instructors will definitely enhance the overall learning experience by making it more enriching and collaborative. Steemit will continue to innovate and evolve in this direction and I am excited to be a part of this journey by helping to grow and improve a platform that holds so much potential for personal and societal development.

Thank you very much for reading, it's time to invite my friends @khursheedanwar, @stream4u, @pelon53 to participate in this contest.
