Sometimes when people say you will not be able to do that, it does make me want to prove them wrong.
At the current warehouse i am working at which is 1 kilometer long, my co worker and boss said when you follow Forklifts you will have to use a Golf cart type buggy like the last time Forklifts were studied.
I consider myself a very fast walker and have never been dragged off by a Forklift yet, so i decided i would try to follow on foot and not use a buggy.
Today i walked 12K around the warehouse chasing three different Forklift operators and guess what? i kept up and got the data we needed!
This is a Kiwi song which is sung by Tim Finn who was also a member of Split Enz, this song sums up my day today!
After work i was a little warm as we have a 27 degree day here i decided a swim was in order, oh boy oh boy it was a lovely swim.
For Dinner last night i had a can of Baked beans and poached eggs, it turned out alright and probably gave me the energy to walk fast today at work.
This is my last night in Perth and tomorrow i will check out of the Hotel, then i will go to work and chase Forklifts for a few hours.
It'd only a 5 & half hour flight from Perth to Auckland going that way, there is a 5 hour tie zone difference which makes up the rest.
Then fill the rental car up with petrol and drop it off at the Airport, then its a 6.50pm flight leaving Perth which arrives at Auckland at 6.25 am Wednesday morning.
Then one more flight and a 20 minute taxi ride and i will be home.
Been an awesome trip so far.
