A woman in her 70s from Ishioka City, Ibaraki Prefecture, was approached on LINE and told that she had won 1 billion yen and would need to purchase electronic money to receive it, so she purchased electronic money over 360 times at convenience stores and other places. It seems that I was scammed out of about 22 million yen in total, but I believe it was because I used to apply for a lot of sweepstakes on SNS, and one day I won a pair of sneakers and received an email asking me to enter my email address. After I entered my backup email address, I received an email telling me I had won 1 billion yen, but since I am 77 years old, I may not have realized it was a scam.
