Weekly Report as Country Representative of India

Hello, Friends.
In the first week of this month of December, I'm happy to submit my activity report for the previous week. I was chosen as one of the Community curators as a Team 2 Member, thus I now have more reponsiblities.

I currently have 19,972.315 STEEM SP Steem in my wallet, of which 18.419,68 SP is Effective Power. Today, I have 135.00 SP Power Up, and I hope to be able to help others. I still need to spend 40 SP to reach dolphin status.I am working towards it and hope to achieve it in a few days. Having an engagement contest in my community this week means checking more posts while visiting more posts and giving them my feedback. Here is my CSI report

As one of the administrators and moderators of the communities, I regularly engage with our co-MODS and admins via Telegram and Discord to address the concerns presented by the community members and Mods. I am also one of the CRs of my nation in which I participate.

Powerup

If we want to be able to support both ourselves and those who relied on us on this platform, we must constantly power up. As a result of my perseverance in #club75, I performed a powerup today for 131.692 Steems, As someone who has used Steemit for some time, I am aware of how valuable Steem power and power up are. Everyone should get more influence while preserving their stellar reputation. If you want to think about your bright future on the Steemit platform, you must power up. You must continue to expand as you gather more power-ups and become stronger if you wish to carve out a lucrative niche for yourself on the Steemit website.

Promotions and Awareness

Aa i selected again one of the community curator I wrote this guidelines post "Curators Guidelines for the Community " And in this post, I've outlined the guidelines for what kinds of posts a curator may upvote, as well as the responsibilities of Team 2 and Steemit users.

Contests

In order to motivate people, I've been setting up contests and giving prizes to community members in communities like #Hind Whale community, #steemfoods, and #steemphotos as an administrator and moderator in many groups. Up until now, I've consistently held competitions and distributed awards.. this week I announced winnesrs of :Steemphotos contest #20 || Traditional Costume Photography and distributed 11 steems to selcted winnesr from my account.

In addition, in our community we annoice winners of hindfoods contest -season-2 and I sponsored the prize along with @lavanyalakshman and again we are organising Hindfoods contest season-3 and engement contest Steemit Enagagement Challenge: Season 6 Week 2 - What steps would you take to save the soil in our #hindwhalecommunity.

Conclusion

I know that I have greater responsibilities and am in such an important position, I will be able to comprehend the significance of my duty as a CR for my nation. I will make every effort to inspire and point new site visitors in the proper path so they may create top-notch, spam-free, and original material in the future while abiding by the Steemit laws and ideals.

I also promise to use our new community to assist a lot more folks. I frequently plan competitions and give away prizes to draw in new visitors. I am able to learn more on this site as I keep writing entries, and I think my knowledge is growing even more as I teach others what I have discovered.
