STEEM to TRX Swap: Make Sure Your TRON Address is Valid and Activated

I have just noticed that the STEEM to TRX Swap sometimes have an additional 1 TRX cost when transfering TRX to target TRON wallet:

This 1 TRX is for activating the wallet if it is not activated yet. Thus, to avoid this service being abused, I am making the change here:

Please note that if the TRON wallet is not activated, there will be 1 TRX fee to activate the account. And in such case, the min amount is 10 STEEM and/or 20 TRX. Otherwise, the STEEM will be returned.

So, please make sure the TRON wallet you put in STEEM memo is activated. Otherwise, there will be 1 TRX fee deducted in the amount to transfer. If the STEEM is less than 10 STEEM or converted 20 TRX, it will be refunded if the target wallet is not activated.
