"Pets in my house"

How did you get the pet you currently have (whether gift, adoption or purchase)

One day, a senior brother at my university decided to gift his beloved kitten to me. This pretty little creature had been lovingly raised by my senior. It was barely a month old. As he was graduated from our university and moving on to new academic life. At this time, he wanted to find a loving home for his furry companion. Knowing my love for cats, he generously offered the kitten to me. I was very exited to welcome this tiny bundle of joy into my life. It was the start of a beautiful friendship. It continues to bring me immense happiness.

How do you handle your pet when you are not at home.

To ensure comfort and good health of my cat during my absence, I take measures to provide for their minimum basic needs. I leave out sufficient dry food and fresh water to sustain them for up to three days. This way, my cat can continue his regular feeding routine without interruption. However, if I anticipate being away for more than the period exceeding three days, I have been taking my cat with me to provide direct care and attention. This allows me to monitor his well-being closely and address any potential issues perfectly.

Tell us about your pet when you interact with it.

I live in a ingle room at my hall. So it goes without saying that my cat doesn't get anyone but me. My cat and I share a bond that He is more than just a pet. Actually he is my best companion. We spend our days together, often in close proximity. He seeks my warmth and affection, curling up beside me and grooming me with licks. I, in turn, care for him. I bath him, trimming his nails. We pass a quiet moment together. He sits on top of my books as I read. Sometimes I play with him with a small ball. Sit quietly and relax.
