There is a particular sadness that emerges when one has a deep understanding of the world, when one observes reality as it is.

It is the sadness of recognising that life is not a great adventure, but a succession of small and insignificant moments.

Love, far from being a fairy tale, is revealed as a fragile and ephemeral emotion.

Happiness, for its part, is not a lasting state, but a rare and fleeting flash of something we can never sustain.

In this realisation, there is a profound loneliness, a sense of disconnection from the world, from others, and sometimes even from oneself.

This loneliness can be overwhelming, leading us to question our relationships and the meaning of our experiences.

As we move deeper into this reality, we realise that the search for happiness and love can be a lonely journey, full of disappointment and longing.

Yet it is in this sadness that a form of wisdom can also emerge. By accepting the fragility of life and the impermanence of emotions, we can learn to value the small moments and find beauty in the ephemeral.

Although solitude can be painful, it can also be a space for reflection and personal growth, allowing us to connect with our most authentic essence.
