L’arte del lasciare andare / The art of letting go

Posso lasciar andare solo ciò che so’ vedere e accogliere.
Non posso lasciare andare qualcosa che non vedo o che faccio finta che non ci sia,lo chiamiamo normalmente nascondere le cose sotto al tappeto.
Forse vi sembrerà brutto quello che dico ma a volte nascondiamo le cose anche sotto il tappeto del Natale.
Sta Natale sono tutti più felici sono tutti più buoni,ma non si è più felici e più buoni a comando o perché lo dice il calendario,può essere solo una finzione ovviamente.
Io faccio finta di essere più felice e cerco di apparire più buono ma ovviamente felicità e bontà non sono guidati nel dal calendario né dal mio decidere che ora sarò più buono e più felice.
Quindi come primo punto lo sentite vero questo?
Io posso lasciare andare solo ciò che ho armonizzato.

I can only let go of what I can see and welcome. I can't let go of something I don't see or pretend isn't there, we normally call it sweeping things under the rug. Maybe what I say will seem bad to you but sometimes we also hide things under the Christmas carpet. This Christmas everyone is happier, everyone is better, but you are not happier and better on command or because the calendar says so, it can only be a fiction obviously. I pretend to be happier and I try to appear better but obviously happiness and goodness are not guided by the calendar nor by my deciding that now I will be better and happier. So as the first point, do you feel this true? I can only let go of what I have harmonized.
