Hello dear friends how are you all? I hope everyone is well by the grace of Allah.

Welcome to the third season of the Steemit Learning Challenge.The theme of the challenge for this season is Herbal medicine in the kitchen.So we will know more details about herbal medicines in our kitchen this challenge.



Recipe Creation: Create a mail or recipe using at lead 3 herbs which are communally found in your area and apply the health benefits of itach herb in the recipe..

I'm making a meal recipe using three herbs that are usually found in my area.I will describe in detail the health benefits of each herb in this recipe.

One recipe I'm making is cilantro chutney. It is usually very nice to eat with any snake or rice and now that winter is coming in our country, coriander leaves are available in abundance in the market so I am making this coriander chutney today. To make chutney I need today garlic, cilantro, onions, green chilies, salts , Mustard oil and olives.

I will wash all the ingredients in clean water then,

First, the green chilies are browned without oil, then the onions and garlic will be separated in the same process. At the end, I will shake it with coriander leaves and an olive for just a minute and remove it from the gas stove to stay green.


Then take all the ingredients together in a blender and blend them well with enough salt and mustard oil. Delicious cilantro chutneys are ready to eat a little light sour. I ate this chutney for breakfast.



Health benefits of using herbs:

Coriander:


Coriander is its green part when raw, and coriander powder is the spice we use in any curry that is available year-round. What can be called super food has many health benefits besides aromatic culinary uses.Coriander leaves can also be eaten fresh.


Health benefits :

Coriander is rich in antioxidants, anti-inflammatory, anti-inflammatory properties. Vitamins A, and C also contains vitamin K which helps in blood clotting and is rich in mineral potassium, magnesium, folate, protein.



Onion


Onion is a national herb spice rate that plays an important role in onion making every curry or salad, pickle, chutney item in every kitchen. The part of onion that we usually use as a spice or food is the bulb of the stem of the onion plant, besides the green part of this plant we eat in any curry or vegetable.It Can be eaten both raw and cooked.We can't cook any curry without onions

First of cooking we have to add onion foron. In any curry, bharta bhaji, fish, meat, vegetables we use onion Moreover, we also need a lot of onions to gravy any curry. We use this onion in our kitchen as a spice for all food species.


Antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and rich in vitamins, fiber minerals.Onion is rich in nutrient-dense, low calorie and potassium, protein, vitamin C, and B12.


Garlic


The part we usually use as a spice or food is the bulb of the stem of the garlic plant, besides the green part of this plant we eat in any curry or as a vegetable.

There are many medical properties, usually we take garlic as a spice, besides garlic has various herbal properties. There are many medicinal properties. Garlic is highly nutritious and calories are very low.In addition to vitamin medicinal properties, garlic contains vitamins and minerals. Gully case rich in vitamin C, and vitamin B6, and contains manganese and selenium.



Olive


I used a fruit olive here without three herb. Raw state has plenty of nutrients.Rich in anti-oxident,rich vitamins and nutrients, especially rich in vitamin C, eating boosts immunity and benefits colds and fevers.Health and nutrition as well as cosmetic benefits.Oil is obtained from olives known as olive oil.

Research Seasoning Health Benefits: Pick any two seasonings and research their health benefits. Write a short paragraph on each, covering how they can benefit your health when engraved in meals.

Seasonings are used in herbal form, as a spice for cooking or during cooking or towards the end or beginning of cooking. Moreover, many times their seasonings are added while serving food.Seasonings cannot taste specific foods. They enhance the taste of food ingredients by using seasonings.


Pepper


The fruit of vine plants and plants is dried and powdered and used as a spice in food. It has many medicinal properties.Usually white and black are two types of pepper. Pepper flavours grating spicy, it contains the chemical compound called Piperine which takes a spicy.


Pepper how to use


Pepper can usually be used as a food flavor and spice, especially pepper powder can be used to make fish, meat, vegetables, pasta, soup, vegetable and fruit salads, even pepper is used to make desserts. While cooking any chicken or meat, it can be blended raw and used as a spice or the peppers can be ground into pan and crushed to any food by crushing pepper and sprinkling crash powder. Sometimes this pepper powder is also used to marinate fish and meat, especially Chinese item .


Besides, in many other ways we can use pepper in every one of our cuisines, especially for those who should not eat spice-like food at all, this is the only pepper and salt with oil, a spice that will give its food a full taste.


Effect


Pepper is antioxidant and anti-inflammatory, we have many health benefits. Using pepper in any food changes the taste of the food, adds flavor to the food and strengthens the food.
Anti-inflammatory in pepper reduces any pain or inflammation or swelling in the body. Any gas problem in the stomach, fixes it when the stomach is empty. Medicinal properties of pepper are many benefits for cold, fever, constipation, anemia, appetite and heart disease. Moreover, pepper mixed with lemon drinks increased energy and stamina.


Rosemary


When mixed with a fragrant herbcone meal brings a very nice flavor and aroma to the food.It's warm, piny smell and taste bitter. Not only is the food famous for its taste and aroma, it has many medicinal health benefits.Fish brings a nice smell and aroma when cooking or marinating meat, or in fish-meat curry, mixed with vegetables and cooked.


Rosemary soap is used in soap fragrances and cosmetics.
Rosemary tea is drunk by mixing rosemary with hot water. Using Rosemary Oil for Aroma Therapy.When breathing problem, inhaled by mixing oil in hot water. Skin and scalp hair, using rosemary oil.

Herb Identification Challenge: Identify five herbs at a local grocery store or firmer's market, talking photos and writing down their uses, along with how they could be incorporated into anything.

The reason I didn't have to identify five major herbs at a local grocery store or market is because I have my own garden with vegetables, fruits, flowers and herbs. I'm taking some photos of my garden and sharing them here as well as detailing their use and how I included cooking them.


Turmeric


Turmeric is first used as a spice in our country and can not add any spice other than just turmeric to color every kitchen dish in different colors.

Turmeric spices that are used by pasting or powdering, many types of vegetable, and vegetable curry, fish curry, meat curry are made.Besides, this turmeric is the first only spice in cooking or marinating any fish, moreover, many times in the case of frying fish, if it has been marinated with turmeric in advance, then the smell goes away in the fish.

Turmeric used as a spice has many herbal and medicinal health benefits.

Herbal and medicinal health benefits.


The part used in turmeric is root or rhizome used as food and the flowers of this yellow plant are cooked and eaten. Raw turmeric removes skin problems and makes skin fair and raw turmeric juice is very beneficial for the body.



Scientific name Curcuma longa.

It's been used as a fragrance stimulant and spice.Turmeric has a lot of curcumin properties.Turmeric is antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, anti-bacterial, antifungal and antiseptic. Spices and herbs eliminate everything from boosting the human body's immune system to inflammation.,And turmeric is anti-aging.


Coccinia


Coccinia is commonly known as Telakucha in our country and is an herb creeping plant.It has many health benefits.


The scientific name belonging to the family Cucurbitaceae is Coccinia grandis.


Usually the plant grows carelessly anywhere around the house.This tree is found in abundance in India, Bangladesh.The whole green part of this whole creeping plant and the fruit in its raw state can be cooked and eaten. Telakucha leaves I sometimes cook as vegetables. Its father can be eaten as a vegetable and its fruit curry.Young leaves and tips are plowed with fruit and soup is made.


Nutritional quality and health benefit.


Although a herb, it is medicinal and rich in many nutrients, vitamins and minerals. Contains vitamin A C and vitamins B to B1 and beta kerotene.It also contains protein, iron, calcium.

The part used as medicine for various herbal diseases is the main stem leaf flower fruit. Rich in biotics and antioxidants.It has hypoglycemic properties so this leaf is eaten as a vegetable for diabetic patients. Used to treat fever, cold, bronchitis, jaundice, asthma, skin disease, inflammatory leprosy and burn.


Thankuni


Thankuni which is the traditional Thankuni leaf of our country is small in size, this plant has many herbal and medicinal properties.


Moreover, it can be cooked, paste or bharta and leaf bara is also made from a combination of other vegetables or pulses.

This leaf has essential oil which is used as a home remedy in our country for dysentery, raw juice of this leaf is fed in case of stomach problem.
These leaves have many herbal properties and health benefits.
Lots of vitamin C which boosts immunity for this leaf is used in hair and skin care.



Tulsi


Tulsi is a herb planted in the yard.Moreover, many tulsi plants can grow from a tulsi plant through natural polynesion. Tulsi has played an important role in our kitchen where tulsi tea is made and drunk when one of us has a cold and this tulsi is useful in making many salats and chutneys. A tree whose roots, stems, vines, leaves are all medicinal.



The importance of Tulsi plant Many basil plants play a role in antioxidant basil antioxidants and antibronchitis, septic anti-bacterial, antifungal, anti-inflammatory, pain reliever, and many other roles.


Drinking tea mixed with ginger in cold, fever, cough with this basil leaf is very beneficial from physical ailments and drinking this tea can reduce stress and keep you free from anxiety, stress and mind freshness and depression.


Ginger


Ginger is a herb,and spice that is used in every kitchen.Ginger plays an important role in creating every curry or salad, Soup, Pickles, chutney item in the subject. Can be eaten both raw and cooked.Without Ginger we can't cook any fish,meat curry. At the beginning of cooking, all our spices will be accompanied by ginger paste or ginger powder .


Ginger can be cultivated everywhere in Bangladesh, excluding the green part of the ginger plant, its root or rhizome is used as a spice

Drinking tea mixed with ginger in cold, fever, cough with this basil leaf is very beneficial from physical ailments and drinking this tea can reduce stress and keep you free from anxiety, stress and digestion.


Ginger contains antioxidants, anti-inflammatory. We drink tea made of ginger and this ginger does a lot of good at nausea and cronic in digestion.Moreover it helps in weight loss.

There is a bio active compound with gingeroles.
Gingerole oil with fragrance is available from this.


Detox Medicine:Prepare a herbal detox medicine and tell step by step process and how it helps to detoxify the body?

Detox is the extraction of harmful substances or toxics from the body.It is a process that aims to remove toxins from the body. Mainly this work is performed by the lever itself.

Today here's a detox of cinnamon and cloves.I'll add lemon to it to make it more detoxifying and the process of making detox of water is showing up step by step.


Wash cinnamon and cloves with clean water and put them in the glass. Then pour boiling hot water over it until it comes to room temperature I'll cover it with a lid.

After 4-5 hours when I see the room temperature has come I will pour the detox water with a filter and pour it.

And made up of cinnamon and clove detox water.detox water color deep brown came in, when I added lemon to it the color of the color detox water turned a little lighter brown.



Cinnamon clove drinks strengthen the body's immune response.It's a healthy booster drink.Viruses hidden inside the body due to anti-bacterial properties, suppress bacteria and help digestion.It boosts immunity and removes toxins from the body as well as cleanses skin.

It is rich in antioxidants and anti-inflammatory .
Digestive aids.
It helps in weight loss and boosts the body's immune system.


Clove


High is rich in antioxidants
Keeps liver health good, digestive aids.
Maintains blood sugar control and bone health.
