Contest: Week 2 :My Unique Recipe.

Tell us about the recipes you make.

It is a common and popular recipe in our country that every Bengali family prepares it.

The recipe is semolina barfi or semolina halwa.

Usually in our country on the occasion of Shabae-e-Barat, we prepare different types of halwa like Buter dal (Chickpea) and coconut and carrot halwa with bread. And the most popular of these haluas is semolina halua. Semolina is cheap, which can be bought and prepared by both the rich and the poor. I make it with or without any occasion.

This dessert item is usually eaten with roti or paratha for breakfast. It appears that making bread in the morning, as well as preparing vegetable items along with bread, takes a lot of time. On days when I find it too much trouble to prepare breakfast or wake up a little late, I make this recipe very quickly and easily. That's because it takes less time to prepare and the recipe requires fewer ingredients.

Also I prefer dessert items a little less. So I have both vegetables and dessert for breakfast, whoever wants to eat it. I don't just have to worry about my food, I have to prepare food for the whole family. So I have to prepare the food that others like first and then I like it.

Mention five (at lead) constructive photos and descriptions of your cooked recipes.

Today I am sharing my recipe step-by-step preparation and process photos.

Here are the ingredients I will need to make it .

Semolina1/2 cup
Sugar1 cup
Nuts1 tsp
Raisins1 tsp
Cardamom5
Ghee3 tbsp
SaltA pinch
Water1 cup

Process of making recipe :

Now at this stage I will lightly brown the semolina and fry it. Then shake it with cardamom and when I see that the semolina are fried, then fry them with ghee for some more time.

I will give a little more ghee, tarkaran ghee will add more as it will be tasty as well as it will be a little neat. Now I will add sugar and water to this ghee fried semolina.

When I see that the amount of water is decreasing from the halwa, then I will add the fried nuts and keep stirring continuously otherwise it will stick to the bottom of the pan.

A little bit of salt in desserts makes it tastier so I add a little salt and keep stirring to release the ghee from it then I turn off the gas stove and pour it into a serving bowl.

A very tasty semolina halwa is made.

Add a selfie with the recipe. Eat the recipe and express your felings. How it taste?

Then I presented this recipe with my user ID and today's date on a paper.

The recipe I made today turned out to be really delicious. Its taste is like sticking in the mouth. Because the texture and flavor of halwa is amazing. That's because the ghee flavor of the halwa was great because the ghee was made by me. So all together it makes a unique recipe.

This morning I was preparing Semolina haluwa for breakfast. And besides, this is a very favorite recipe of my husband. If you eat vegetables with bread in the morning, if you find it less tasty, then don't eat breakfast. So, thinking about the mood of each one, I make halwa along with vegetables. He is also happy after eating breakfast, and I am mentally happy .

So I can call this a unique recipe because I saw a smiling face in the morning because of a simple recipe. This is true peace.
