I want to share with you my Chicken Feet Soup.
Not everyone love to eat this but don't judge it until you tried it. Is it healthy? In fact this is a very good source of collagen and calcium. And affordable, for as low as 100 pesos per kilo ( 8 STEEM ). I bought 1 kilo and made this mouth watering soup recipe

Ingredients:

Chicken Feet
Ginger
Malunggay leaves
Lemon Grass
Onion
Tomatoes
Green Chili
3 cloves of Garlic
Pepper and Salt to taste
3/4 liters of water

Procedure:



This can make 8-10 servings. It is flavorful and rich from collagen. Lemon grass and ginger added the aroma and the malunggay leaves is constant ingredients for soup in the Philippines because most of the backyards has it.
