Source

Goal setting is the process of identifying the specific objectives that I want to achieve in my life and creating a plan to accomplish all that I want to achieve. Goal setting involves me determining what I want to achieve, why the things are so important for me to achieve, and how I will work towards achieving them. With goal setting, I will have focus, direction, and motivation, and the best way of measuring my progress in life.

Goal setting has the following elements; **clarity, measurability, relevance, attainability, and time-bound which help me to set deadlines for whatever I want to achieve.

We have short and long-term goals, how can you differentiate them?

Source

Yes, we have short and long-term goals which I can differentiate by years and how long it is to achieve them.

Short-term goals: These are goals that are achievable in days, weeks, or months. Shirt term goals are not up to a year which can only be months. On the other hand, Long-term goals; are the types of goals that focus on broader, more significant outcomes over an extended period of years or decades. This implies that long-term goals usually take years or decades to achieve.

An example of my short-term goal is that I want to improve my health via doing exercises like running 4 kilometers without resting within two months and exercising three times a week.

Which of the goals is the most important to you?

At the moment my short-term goals are the most important to me. Long-term goals can become a short-term goal by the time it is less than a year to achieve. As it stands now we will soon enter another year and I want to achieve all my short-term goals before the end of this year.

Tell us about your short and long-term long-term 2025 and how you intend to achieve them.

My short-term goal is to improve my fitness lifestyle in the next three months. I want to be running at least 5 kilometers race every day four times a week to get myself fit.

My long-term goal is to go into fashion designing and I want to register for a class that would take me a year and 6 months to complete. This simply means I want to become a good fashion designer in the next 2 years.
