Today I have selected a simple dessert recipe as my unique recipe. Today I will make Jarda Semai. In our country, Semai has been a tradition for ages to sweeten the morning of Eid. So, if there is no Semai on Eid, no one can do without it. On this day, all kinds of Semai dishes are prepared such as Nababi Semai, Dudh Semai, and Shahi Semai. Among these, Jarda Semai is also a favorite dessert for everyone. We cannot do without semai when entertaining guests or organizing festivals. Many people love semai because it can be cooked quickly and is delicious. Usually, we eat semai cooked with milk. But today I will share with you the recipe for Jhorjhare Jorda Semai. You can win everyone's heart with just a few ingredients and in a short time.

The ingredients required for the Jhorjhare Jorda Semai recipe are:
1 packet of semai |

1 cup of sugar |

1 cup of grated coconut |

Cooking method:
Step 1:
Place a pan on the stove and add 2 tablespoons of ghee. Then, when it becomes slightly hot, stir in cardamom, cinnamon, and bay leaves.
Step 2:
I put the chopped semai in a pan. I then thoroughly stir it and cook it.
Step 3:
When the semai is fried, I add one cup of sugar to it. After adding the sugar, I add one and a half cups of boiled hot water. I keep the stove on medium heat and stir it.
Step 4:
I added salt to taste. Adding salt to desserts enhances the taste of the food. After stirring well and when the water dries up, add coconut flakes and stir continuously. Then I add some raisins to the semai.
Step 5:
Now I stir it well and cook it for a while more, then the perfect neat jorda semai will be ready.
Step 6:
When it is cool, I serve the neat jorda semai in a serving dish.

My Jorda Semai recipe is very amazing to eat. My husband's favorite dessert is Jorda Semai. Today is Friday, a holiday. Friday is like a small Eid day for us. My family is praising my neat Jorda Semai recipe. The aroma of ghee has made this Jorda Semai recipe even more wonderful. Ghee has doubled the taste of the Jorda Semai recipe.
Finally, I will say that my Jorda Semai recipe today is a very wonderful and unique recipe for special occasions and entertaining guests.
