I want to express my gratitude to @jyoti-thelight mam for keeping this fantastic contest going. Today I am sharing the food diary game of Wednesday, 20-11-24.

BREAKFAST

I wake up early every morning. There are several health benefits to rising early. The gentle morning breeze and cold weather make the mind fresh. It is very fun to eat hot steaming khichuri with potato filling on this winter morning. Then I went to the kitchen and cooked khichuri for breakfast. It is very delicious to eat potato filling and poached eggs with khichuri.

Winter Pie:

Winter brings the atmosphere of pies to every house. Today I planned to make coconut puli pitha after breakfast. To make coconut puli pitha, I prepared rice powder, date molasses, semolina, milk, etc. I made coconut puli pitha. It is great fun to eat pitha made with fresh date molasses in winter.

Lunch:

Today I cooked my husband's favorite beef tripe for lunch. It is very fun to eat beef tripe with hot rice. There was also lentil dal. Lentil dal is beneficial for the health of everyone, young and old. Now in winter, there is a festival of winter vegetables in the vegetable markets. I cooked winter vegetable spinach today. I prepared lunch with some simple food.

Afternoon snack:

Today I cooked spicy ramen noodles for an afternoon snack. Everyone from children to adults likes to eat noodles. There are very few people who do not like to eat noodles. My sons love to eat noodles for an afternoon snack. In the evening, before the children sit down to study, I make noodles and feed them to the children.

Spinach luchi recipe

Today I made a spinach luchi recipe at night. I am sharing the spinach luchi recipe with you.

Preparation method

Step 1:

First, wash and clean the spinach. Boil the spinach in a pan with water. Then drain the water and put the spinach in a basket.

Step 2:

To make the boiled spinach blender, I put the vegetables in a cup and blended them for 3-4 minutes.

Step 3:

I made a dough from the blended spinach with 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 tablespoon of oil, and a cup of flour.

Step 4:

Now, I will cut the lychees into small pieces for the lychee. Then I will make thin lychee rolls.

Step 5:

To fry the lychee, I heated oil in a pan on the stove. Then I dropped the lychees in the oil and fried them until they were crispy and drained the oil.
