✅ What instant food do you make to have a positive effect on your mood?

I cook a variety of instant meals with the ingredients I have on hand to have a positive effect on my mood. Today I will make Instant Potato Roll Samucha. This dish's primary ingredient is potatoes. Our kitchen is incomplete without potatoes. Potatoes are a staple vegetable in vegetable dishes in the kitchen. Today I am going to make a potato roll recipe that will invigorate the body and mind with just a few ingredients that I have in the kitchen.

🥐Step One🥐

To make the yeast, combine one cup of flour, ½ teaspoon of salt, and two tablespoons of oil in a mixing bowl. Mix all the ingredients very well.

🥐2nd Step🥐

After mixing all the ingredients with the flour, I will prepare the dough yeast with a little water. The dough yeast should not be too hard.

I boiled and peeled three potatoes. Mash the potatoes well with a masher so that there are no large pieces of potato.

Coriander powder, cumin powder, chaat masala, cornflower, chili powder, and salt were all added to the mashed potatoes. Then we made potato puree by mixing all the ingredients well with potatoes.

After resting for ten minutes the dough became softer and fluffier. Now I will make a little thicker and bigger bread than normal bread with flour dough.

Now, I positioned a tiny basin in the center of the loaf. Next, I brushed the bread with a thin layer of potato filling.

Once the potatoes are layered around the bread, I cut them into small pieces with a knife. I made sixteen pieces out of a loaf of bread.

Then roll them all. I made 16 peach potato rolls from one bread. Then I put all the rolls in a bowl.

Keep the potato rolls in the oil after heating some oil in a pan in the oven. Brown the potato rolls on all sides. After draining the oil, take it out of the pan.

I served potato rolls in a serving bowl with tomato sauce.

✅ What do you do when you need this food right away but don't have the ingredients to make it?

I have used a few ingredients for today's dish. Ingredients which are very important for our daily cooking. However, if this is the case, I need this food but I do not have the necessary ingredients to cook it. Then I will try to collect the ingredients from a grocery store near my home. These ingredients are available in the grocery store so I will collect them from there.

✅ Would you recommend this food to others to improve their mood?

Yes, I would recommend this dish to improve the mood of others. Because foodies love to eat Bengalis. A perfect dish to serve with afternoon tea is potato rolls. Crispy, Spicy Potato Rolls will brighten up any afternoon tea conversation. Since it can be made with few ingredients in our kitchen and in a short amount of time, I would recommend this dish to lift the mood of others. Moreover, food bought from outside food stalls is prepared in an unhygienic environment. Which is harmful to our health. So I recommend this Potato Roll Samucha food to improve body and mind.
