Starting with a warm greeting to all the friends of the Steem Fashion and Style community. Hope everyone is having a nice day. Today I am participating in the contest organized by @pea07 apu [Contest] My Skill Is My Power || Season-19. Different people live in our society and everyone has some different skills. In this amazing competition, we will share our skills and learn about the skills of other friends. I'm going to show you my cooking skills today. I'll be sharing the recipe for Chicken Vegetable Rolls today.

🥕INGREDIENTS🥕

Prepared all the required ingredients for the Chicken Vegetable Roll Recipe. The ingredients are as follows:

Soya sauce1 tablespoon

Cumin powder1 tsp
Garam masala powder1\2 tsp

Flour2 cups

🥖🥖Cooking Preparation🥖🥖

Step 1:

I put a pot on the stove to make the vegetable filling. Onions should be fried in hot oil until they are light brown.

2nd Step:

I cut the boneless chicken meat into small pieces washed them and gave them. Then I added 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, ginger paste, garlic paste, turmeric powder, pepper powder, cumin powder, hot spice powder. Then mix all the ingredients well.

3rd Step:

After mixing all the ingredients, I gave chopped green cabbage, and chopped carrots. Again, shake all the ingredients and mix them. After that, I will cook it while stirring it for a while. When the vegetable filling is ready, I turn off the stove.

Step 4:

In a large bowl, combine one egg and one spoonful of salt with one cup of flour to produce the dough. Then I mixed it with water.

5th step:

I'll use a small amount of water to produce some dough.

6th Step:

Using a tissue smeared with a little oil, I now place a pan on the heat. After the pan is hot, I use a spoon to spread the flour dough throughout the pan. I then waited a short while before removing the bread from the pan. Likewise, I prepared every bread used to make the rolls.

7th step:

I will now fold the bread with the precooked veggie filling on both sides to form a roll. All of the bread rolls are mine.

8th step:

Put the toasted biscuit crumbs in one bowl and beat two eggs in another. Roll the roll first in the egg, then in the code and biscuit powder.

9th Step:

Place a pan of hot oil on the stove and let it roar. After thoroughly frying the rolls on both sides, use a colander to remove any remaining oil.

End step:

I made chicken vegetable rolls served with tomato sauce. The chicken vegetable roll was very fun to eat. This vegetable roll can be made quickly and served in children's tiffin or for entertaining guests.
