First I made the background color black. Then draw two eyes and nose of Joker.

Then I drew the shape of the Joker's face, and two ears. Then I designed something inside the mouth.

Then I drew the teeth inside the mouth. Then I painted the hair colorfully.

Then I drew some designs inside the mouth with a color.

Then I designed another light color inside the designs. This is how I complete this art. Hope you like it.
