First I selected black color and drew the eyes and face.

Then I drew the shape of the face. Then I drew two ears very beautifully.

Then I drew some designs with black color in a very beautiful way.

Then I made a color in the whole and made it beautiful.

Then I drew some designs with a light color.

Then I made the background black by keeping some parts white around. This is how I completed today's art. Hope you like it.
