Materials testing process for ceramic products.

In the laboratory today I will present the report of quartz powder. This exam, which was a few months ago, suddenly became necessary today. When this quartz powder was tested the powder was stored well so that it would be available immediately when needed later.

Today I presented that powder to you. Because sir wants the report of this powder today. So I searched for quartz powder for five minutes. Then I got because this quartz powder was several months ago. Because of this it takes a while to find some materials as they are quite a bit down.

Then I presented the report of this material to sir and wrote the report on his desktop. Then this sample was brought to the plate of BR prepared with quartz powder. Very good results after testing. Then the test plate made with these materials is also very good.

This plate was glazed STG-1B. This glaze is white glaze. Then I took a picture of this plate. Here you can see two plates one is the running glaze and the body or plate made of running material.

Now I am going to present to you the residue and density of the slip brought from the ball mill of the body section. When I did the first test I found that the residue was much higher than I had seen before.

Then I saw that more and more when it was after two hours of turning and grinding the ball mill. Then when I checked it was 5.9 ie 6. Similar incidents have occurred.

I took it to the supervisor and they said I will send you to the lab again after sleeping for one more hour. Because the standard has not yet arrived. Later I said ok send it once more I will test it and send it to your section.

After that I came to the lab and was doing different things. While working, someone from the body section came and said brother sent the body sleep test.

I went to test. After that I saw that the density is a little less than before because grinding will reduce the density, the residue will also reduce. After looking at the density, I calculated everything, i.e. I took out the dry basis from there and completed the rest of the processes.

I started the residue test with 300 grams of slip and 325 mass. I completed the tests like this.
