Hello Steemians..

Today I came to LC-S22W2 Bakery Course: Types of dough In the lesson, the homework task to share with you. I am learning how to make bakery items with this series of lessons. So this experience is new for me and I would like to answer the related questions based on this lesson and my acquired knowledge. I really hope this goes well. I thank teacher @yenny47 for bringing us such valuable lessons.

🥐Of the types of dough presented in class, which one do you find most interesting and why?

This dough is softer than the dough we made in the previous lesson. Also interesting is that the items made from the sweet dough are more delicious. My children liked the sugar bun made with this dough more than the bread made with the previous dough. The creation process is a little more complex than the previous lesson, but this one is great.

🥐Make a sweet bread, you can follow the recipe given in class or try another one, but it must be sweet without any kind of filling, YES you can decorate it with whatever you want on top (candied fruits, chocolates, grated coconut, sugar, etc.) Document the step by step, and put the date, user and the class label on a poster.

Then let's start..

INGREDIENTS

METHOD

*The taste and texture was really lovely. There is no reason to go wrong if the recipe given in the course is followed correctly.

🥐Tell us about your experience making sweet bread, did you have any complications, who would you recommend the recipe to and why?

Although I am a beginner, I have not experienced any errors while baking this bread. Actually, I made bread for the children and got a wonderful happy experience.

Also, this bread was sweeter and softer than the bread in the previous lesson. In terms of taste and texture, this bread was softer than the previous dough.

🥐Indicate the price in Steem of a sweet bread equal to the one you made. What is more feasible, making it or buying it? Explain

iteamCost in LKRCost in STEEM

A loaf of bread like the one I made in Sri Lanka costs Rs.80.00.It costs 1.05 steem. Now let's have a look at the ingredients list and the approximate cost per quantity used.

made 15 breads at home and it cost me Rs.550.00 (steem 7.24). If I bought that amount from the shop, it would cost me 80.00 x 15 = 1200.00( steem 15.78)

So for me homemade bread is more beneficial.

And it is more satisfying to make them at home. It was a very pleasant experience to make them together with the children during this holiday season. It was also a new experience for the children. I hope that one day when they become adults, they added another warm memory to the memories they have with their mother during the Christmas season. Although we can easily buy bread from bakeries, it is not as good as homemade quality bread for me.

THANK YOU..

I would also like to invite @kyrie1234 @sohanurrahman and @dirapa, to participate this contest.
