Hello dear friends...
I bring you warm greetings from my own part of the world (Nigeria), hope you are all doing fine!
I'm @ibraheem75 from Nigeria I'm so delighted to participate on this week contest, organized by @memamun in this wonderful community.
Tell us a bit about your teaching and learning over the past week. |

Selfie with my lovely students.
Over the past few weeks, my teaching and learning has been very productive and my students are really amazing, they learned faster than I thought, at first when I got introduced to the school, it was like hell, (as they saying goes nothing good come easy), because I'm a new teacher in that very institution, but right now we are truely getting a long, teaching and learning is becoming easier, and we were able to blend or to establish a strong bound (teacher vs student relations), and I love interacting with them right now hoping to get better and better day by day as well. Base on the evaluations or the assessment I conducted they did quite brilliantly than the first one I conducted, which I'm deeply impressed with their performances so far.
What topics or lessons have you taught or learned? Tell us in detail. |

Teaching students citizenship education.
Yes, I taught my students on a subject: Civic Education here in Nigeria, topic: "Citizenship education", it was quite an interesting class session they all enjoyed it, because I was able to open their understanding concerning their rights, duties and obligations as citizens of a country, they were Happy to know their responsibilities as Nigerian citizens.
How is your progress after teaching or after learning? Present here. |

To be honest over the past weeks together with my learners, I was able to achieve, there's high level of progress, it wasn't easy at first, but we certainly achieved a lot together for the past weeks, things are now seriously put into places, I learned from them and they learned a lot from me too because I'm the captain 😊 they follow my lead and sometimes I learned from them they didn't know.😊

Another thing is that, I was able to give them a debate question concerning technology (Technology has done more harm to students than good) for them to go home and pound on it and give me their response, why I did that was for them to develop the habit of problem solving methods, for them to be able to find solutions to problems affecting our society and global world, so I group them into two, proposing and opposing, and they did excellently, which I'm impressed by their presentations.
That's all I can say today.. Thank you friends for reading through my post.
