If there's one thing I truly cherish about the Steemit platform, it's the sense of family it has given me, aside from my actual family. It's a community of people who share in your happiness and stand by you during difficult times. The past week has been quite challenging for my brother, Dr. @abdu.navi03, and me due to a medical emergency at home. Because of this, we needed some extra time to grade the assignments, but we hope to be out of this situation very soon with good news. The most significant part of this experience has been the understanding shown by the Steemit team.
This week we focused primarily on CPR techniques, building upon the basics of Basic Life Support (BLS) covered in the previous session. CPR, or Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation, is a crucial skill that everyone should be familiar with, as it can be life-saving in emergency situations.
We started by explaining what CPR is, its purpose, and why it's essential. After understanding the concept, we moved on to demonstrate how to perform CPR effectively, discussing when it should be used. CPR is vital in various emergency situations, such as sudden cardiac arrest, electric shocks, or drug overdoses, where immediate action can be the difference between life and death.
Following the introduction, we emphasized the different CPR techniques based on the type of patient. For instance, the approach for adults differs from that for children, pregnant women, or infants. Understanding these variations is critical, as applying the correct method increases the chances of success in resuscitation efforts.
To ensure practical learning, we tasked participants with demonstrating the CPR technique. They had to show their understanding by performing it and then explaining the procedure to a family member or friend. This hands-on exercise aimed to reinforce their learning and boost their confidence in executing CPR should an emergency arise.
The next task involved explaining the different types of CPR based on the patient's age and condition, as discussed during the lesson. This included Adult CPR, Child CPR, and CPR for special cases like pregnant women. Through this exercise, we aimed to enhance their understanding and ensure they could recognize the appropriate technique for each scenario.
The primary goal was to ensure participants gained practical knowledge and could effectively communicate what they had learned. By doing so, we hoped to empower them to share this critical information with their family and friends, potentially saving lives in real-world emergencies.
The focus on hands-on learning and the varied techniques of CPR tailored for different patient needs were the highlights of this week's lesson. We believe that equipping participants with these skills not only boosts their confidence but also contributes to creating a safer environment within their communities.

This week, compared to our previous lesson, the number of entries was significantly lower. After discussing it together, we concluded that the practical tasks in this week's post were likely the main reason. It's only natural for users to choose comparatively easier lessons from the 15-16 options available each week. Despite this, 10 people attempted our course this week
Total number of entries | Invalid Entries | Plagiarized Content |

Out of these 10 entries, 5 users had an Excellent approach to this course, whereas 4 people had Good Entries and 1user had an Average approach.

With the same approach of having a strict grading system we were actually happy to see majority of the students producing good work this week. This made us difficult to choose the winners but still the top four users were:
Position | Username | Blog | Score |
---|---|---|---|

Conclusion |

In conclusion, I encourage all my students to embrace assignments that involve practical applications, as these activities provide valuable skills that can be useful at any stage of life. Engaging in hands-on learning helps build confidence and prepares you for real-world situations. Remember, the more you practice, the more proficient you become.
I truly appreciate your participation and patience throughout the course. Please keep us in your thoughts and prayers, and I hope you carry forward the knowledge gained here in your future endeavors. Thank you!
Thank you
